Shipping Info

Turtle Bay Records always aim to provide the best service to our patrons. We provide a tracking number with each order so you can track your package, and we ship out your order within 2 business days.

Shipping Domestic

For domestic shipping with the United States, we ship with USPS. The shipping cost is $4.50 per CD and $5.50 per vinyl. We provide a tracking number with each order so you can track your package.

Shipping International

We ship internationally and use USPS First Class Package International Service. The international shipping cost is $20 per CD and $30 per vinyl.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs and if this is something you worry about, we recommend that you look up your country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing from the US.
